SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping & Handling
FREE ECONOMY GROUND SHIPPING is offered on all our products within the Contiguous United States. Products are shipped within two days of receiving cleared payment. For express or priority shipping email us at customerservice@aaelegantfurniture.com.

Shipping outside of contiguous United States
Orders shipping Outside the USA or Canada must be paid though PayPal.
1. Email your order to sales@aaelegantfurniture.com.
2. On receiving your order, we will email you a secured PayPal invoice.
3. When the invoice is paid we will ship your product via UPS ground.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to exchange or return your merchandise, we must be notified within 48 hours after receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damage claims from our customers are extermely rare. In event of a damaged merchandise our no nonsense return policy allows you to return the product at our cost.

Order Cancellation
All orders are processed within two days of receiving cleared payment. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within the first 48 hours of placement by simply giving us a call or sending us an e-mail at customerservice@aaelegantfurniture.com. If the cancellation occurs after 48 hours of placing an order and if your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and a full refund will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 business days. If an orders already been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
